Dan Liutikas is the founder and managing attorney of Org Law, a boutique law firm providing legal and governance counsel to associations, nonprofits, credentialing bodies, and other board-led organizations.

Before founding Org Law, Dan served as General Counsel of a global trade association and credentialing body, then as Chief Executive Officer of a board-governed professional organization. That background — outside counsel, in-house general counsel, and chief executive — shapes how he approaches every matter. He has sat at the board table, managed the CEO relationship from both sides, and built the governance infrastructure these organizations require to operate and scale.

Dan’s practice covers governance and board counsel, certification and credentialing, strategic transactions, IP and technology, executive employment and compensation, and tax exemption and regulatory compliance. He handles every client engagement directly.

He is licensed in Illinois and advises organizations nationwide.
