    About Org Law

    Legal counsel in full context.

Org Law advises executives, owners, and boards at the intersection of business, technology, governance, and risk.

Important legal questions do not arrive in neat categories.

An agreement can affect technology, data, intellectual property, authority, finance, people, and reputation at the same time. A board decision can change operations long after the meeting ends.

    One connected view

Org Law keeps those connections visible. We learn how the organization works, identify the decision the client must make, and explain the legal and practical consequences of each path.

Then we help carry the decision through, whether that means drafting, negotiating, coordinating approvals, documenting action, or working with other counsel.

Outside counsel. Former general counsel. Former chief executive.

Dan Liutikas has spent more than two decades practicing law and advising organizations on contracts, technology, transactions, governance, and risk. He later led an in-house legal function and served as chief executive of a board-governed organization.

That experience gives him a practical view of how legal advice is developed, evaluated, and put to work. He understands the lawyer’s task and the decisions leaders must make with the advice.

    How Org Law works

Direct counsel. Connected advice. Practical follow-through.

Clients work directly with the lawyer doing the work and making the recommendation. Scope and fees are discussed early, and the recommendation stays connected to what the organization must do next.
