A clearer way to handle contracts.
This workshop is designed around the contracts that reach a founder’s desk before the organization has an in-house legal team. It gives the leadership group a shared way to identify risk, separate legal issues from business choices, and keep deals moving without improvising every time.
Program outline
- Which agreements need legal review and which can follow an approved process
- Customer, vendor, contractor, partner, confidentiality, and technology agreements
- Payment, liability, indemnity, intellectual property, data, termination, and personal-guarantee issues
- How to use preferred positions, fallbacks, and escalation rules
- How to organize the contract record as the company grows
Program format
The private workshop includes a planning call, a two-hour live program for the leadership team, practical decision scenarios, and a concise follow-up checklist. A 90-minute version is available for a narrower audience or single contracting focus. The program can be adapted to the organization’s current agreements and growth stage.
Best for: founders and owner-led teams that are signing more consequential agreements but are not ready to build an internal legal function.
