    • Customer dependencies, assumptions, change control, and subcontractors
    • When customer paper changes the commercial or delivery model
    • How to use a contracts playbook and escalate deviations

    Program format

    The private course includes a planning call, review of representative contract forms, the agreed live course format, practical negotiation scenarios, and a team reference guide. The curriculum can be aligned to an existing Contracts Playbook or used to prepare for one.
