Which agreements can I submit for review?
Your monthly review covers one customer’s changes to your standard TLIT agreement or the version Org Law customized for your business. It includes an attorney’s recommendation, proposed wording where appropriate, and one clarification round. A new proposal or negotiation round uses another available review credit or separately agreed work. We can quote review of a customer’s own contract and direct negotiations separately.
What does the 20% member discount cover?
The discount applies to separately approved Org Law legal work, including agreement customization and advice beyond your monthly review. Membership, setup and third-party expenses are excluded, and discounts do not stack. You see the work and fee before approving it.
What happens if I do not use my agreement review?
One review credit becomes available each membership month. Unused credits carry forward within the same three-month membership quarter, so you may use three in the third month if the first two were unused. Credits expire at quarter-end or when membership ends.
How is additional legal work priced?
We explain the work needed and quote the fee, showing your 20% member discount where it applies. Defined projects may receive a fixed-fee quote. You decide whether to proceed.
Do I need to customize my agreements first?
No. Begin with the TLIT agreement you already use. If it needs to reflect different services or delivery arrangements, we can quote customization separately from membership and setup.
What does membership cost?
The TeamLogic IT franchisee rate is $295 per month plus a $495 one-time setup fee, compared with the normal $395 monthly membership rate. Membership is month-to-month with no annual minimum or early-termination fee. We confirm the engagement and billing arrangements separately. What happens after I send a request?
We discuss your business and the help you need, check conflicts, and send an engagement letter when we can take the work. You receive onboarding instructions once the engagement is in place.
Can you advise me in a dispute with the franchisor?
This program supports franchisees’ customer contracting, not disputes with the franchisor. We would need to review any such matter for conflicts and may direct you to independent counsel. Your confidential information is not shared with the franchisor or other franchisees.
Who provides the legal services and maintains the playbook?
Org Law PLLC provides the legal services and maintains the playbook used in our reviews. TeamLogic IT is the program partner, not the legal-services provider. Membership gives you advice informed by the playbook rather than a separate copy of it. Client-specific advice and information remain confidential.
